Our Story
Firehouse Deli & Bagels has been a staple on Waverly Avenue for years — a place where the coffee is strong, the bagels are baked fresh every morning, and the sandwiches are piled so high they barely fit on the plate.
We started with a simple idea: make bagels the way they used to be made — boiled then baked, with a crust that cracks and a center that holds. That commitment hasn't changed. Neither has the welcome at our counter.
